    Joe Hinman No they don't invest in labor intensive areas. That has been proven under Trump tax scam and it was true of Reagan's tax cut. They invest in foreign wealth such as oil and art. building lavish homes for rich is not going to generate economic growth.

    Joe Hinman Cecil Cross that article is not a study, it's someone's false thinking about history about history, he sited France's tax program but does not even deal with Sweden,. That only proves that tax policy must be progressive. Not only does he not refute the things I said about Reagan's tax cuts he just dismisses it as not real Trickle down Yet if TRD were true the cuts should have spured employment.
